Information we collect
When you use our intake form, we collect what you provide: name, email, phone number, property state, and the loan and property details you select (loan type, balance range, rate range, home value range, occupancy, and credit range as you estimate it). We do not collect your Social Security number through this website and we do not pull your credit. We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, and, when you submit a form, the time of submission, for consent record-keeping.
How we use it
Your information is used to review your refinance inquiry and, with your express written consent, to contact you about it by the methods described in the consent language on the form (phone, text, email, including automated and AI-assisted methods). We also retain consent records, including the time of your submission and the consent language you agreed to, as required for compliance purposes, for at least four years.
Who we share it with
Inquiry information is shared with the licensed mortgage professionals named in the consent language (Davis Erhart, NMLS #2586220, and Craig Malmut, NMLS #2585619) and their team, and with service providers that operate our website, form delivery, and customer relationship systems under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party lead marketplaces.
Your choices
- Revoke contact consent at any time by replying STOP to any text or contacting us; contact stops.
- Request access or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We honor applicable state privacy rights, including those under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
- Do-not-track: our site works without invasive tracking; we use only basic analytics, if any.
Security and retention
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We retain inquiry and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Children
This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
